Inspired by the Human concern for institutionalizing the organization of knowledge and sharing it with others, CDNMSHS dignifies a noble philosophy. By so doing, she holds onto the following beliefs;

• the right to be educate is a grant that should be claimed by the citizenry who, by grace of God, is provided with life to fulfill;
• the privileged to be educated is a badge of honor and glory to the teachers, whose desire is to impart knowledge to the youth in whose innocence shall raise wisdom.
• the commitment that those who walk and adhere to the sphere of this philosophy shall continuously deliver the principles of values education
